Summary
As part of its National Strategy for Advanced Manufacturing, the U.S. is taking a whole of government approach to developing and implementing advanced manufacturing technologies across industry. While AMTs, such as continuous manufacturing, flow chemistry and real-time process monitoring and release, have immense potential to accelerate domestic manufacturing of essential medicines, building an advanced manufacturing ecosystem is no small task.
A growing hub in Petersburg, Virginia – soon be unveiled as CAMPUS (Campus for Advanced Manufacturing of Pharmaceutical in the US) – has emerged as an epicenter for advanced manufacturing of essential medicine. This webinar will feature key stakeholder companies from this thriving ecosystem to discuss what it will take to make the U.S. a global competitor on the advanced manufacturing stage.
