Rugged Peristaltic Pump Tubing Built for Long Life

AdvantaPure announces a new silicone tubing, designated APSPG, designed for the specific demands of peristaltic pumps. APSPG is made to withstand repeated compression and release for consistent, dependable performance. It is suited for pharmaceutical, biomedical, biotech, chemical, laboratory, and R&D applications.

APSPG Pump Grade Silicone Tubing is specially formulated for long life in pumps and is extremely flexible and resilient. It offers smooth surfaces for uniform fluid flow, resistance to bacteria build-up, and consistent pump performance. It is translucent for visual contact with the flow and will not impart any taste or odor to critical streams.

Manufactured in a certified Class 1000 HEPA-filtered cleanroom, APSPG is made from low-volatile-grade, platinum-cured silicone that meets USP Class VI and FDA 21 CFR 177.2600 standards. The tubing handles temperatures as high as 400°F (204.4°C) and is sterilizable/autoclavable.

APSPG is stocked in 10 sizes for immediate delivery. It’s sealed in polybags at manufacture, and all finished product is white room stored to maintain cleanliness. All APSPG tubing is documented lot traceable with identification on the bags. .031” and .063” I.D. sizes are manufactured in 25-foot lengths. Larger sizes, up to 1/2” I.D., are stocked in 50-foot lengths. Custom sizes, lengths, and packaging are available.
